My fiancé and I were at Faulkner Cioccia Chevy back in January. We were looking to upsize our BMW 3 series coupe to something a little bigger that could accomodate our dog and future children. We had a horrible experience and did not care for our salesman at all. We ended up walking away from a deal on a 2008 Mazda CX9 we expected to hear back from our salesman within the next couple days, and we did not. Over the last few months we continue to shop around and we found a perfectly priced Chevy Traverse. I called Faulker Cioccia to be sure the vehicle had not been sold. I spoke with Karen, who was extremely helpful over the phone. When we arrived to the dealership to look at the car Karen introduced herself to me and my fiancé. She set us up with Greg Fichter. Greg was very knowledgable and was very upset to hear about our bad experience a few months prior. He did everything he could to make this a great experience for us. Eric, the sales manager also apologized for our bad experience. By the time we had left the dealership, we had totally forgotten about our visit in January and we both felt so good about our car buying experience. FC was great. I was looking for a particular corvette which they had in stock. I negotiated with Rob over the phone and agreed to purchase the vette. I drove out stayed overnight. When I got there Rob had the vette all ready to go and Greg took care of me while I was there. Rob and Greg were great. The finance guy was a little frustrating, I would have liked to get into him faster especially since it was a cash deal and I had a time I had to return my trailer by. Our son recommended We go back to Ciocca & ask for Eric Kratchwell. We did just that On Friday afternoon.
